Two buildings air-conditioned by "Toplik" awarded
Two buildings in which the company "Toplik" designed and implemented the HVAC part received awards in the prestigious competition "Building of the Year" of the City Media Group.
These are the 5-star Atmosfera Balneo and Spa Hotel in Pavel Banya and the train station complex in Stara Zagora.
The hotel in the city popular for its healing mineral springs has a built-up area of almost 15,000 sq m. The holiday complex has two wings and a central representative part, which form a southern courtyard in the rest of the property with various activities and areas for recreation and relaxation.
The company "Toplik" is the contractor of the HVAC part in all areas - rooms, kitchen, SPA center. "Atmosfera Balneo and Spa Hotel" received an award in the category "Hotels and Hotel Infrastructure" in the competition "Building of the Year" of the City Media Group.
Reconstruction of the Stara Zagora station complex is a project implemented in 2024 and awarded a Special Award in the prestigious "Building of the Year" competition of the City Media Group.
The building was completed in 1981 and put into operation on June 16, 1982, and in 2020 construction work began on the project "Reconstruction of the Stara Zagora station complex", which includes separate sub-projects, namely: Reception building with the First platform, pedestrian underpass, platform coverings on the Second and Third platforms, Station 1 and Station 2.
The company "Toplik" is the contractor for the HVAC part of the reconstruction project.
